Geoffrey is the Sr Dir of Process Technology and Services for GAF Materials LLC responsible for data systems, process engineering, OT, and New Process Innovation.

He has spent almost 30 years in the aerospace and building materials industries beginning as a process engineer and working through both plant management and corporate shared services organizations. Unit Operations include batch mixing, web converting, and materials management.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from SUNY at Buffalo and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Dave had a 35-year career at a global FMCG Company and retired as Global Chief Engineer. He oversaw 300 factory units across all parts of the world and was involved in building many of them at various levels. His key belief, ‘No one wins or loses alone’, instilling a strong sense of collaboration, community and diversity in his teams, building a culture based on pride and inclusivity.

He is a member of the Executive leadership team for the end-to-end supply chain digital transformation with manufacturing at the heart of that work, presenting the technology when the company received Gartner “SC Master” status. He has developed a broad Industry 4.0 capability within engineering and deployed automation and robotics thousands of applications whilst upgrading the skill set within engineering.

As well as designed and implemented digital technology across both manufacturing and engineering. He also created one of the worlds largest “Teams” collaboration platform in industry, with both colleagues and partners engaged in uniting a community with a common purpose. He has presented at the Microsoft Inspire event, on the power of Digital Twins and how they are revolutionizing the factory environment and lives in North Wales UK with his wife Jo, and has two sons.

Machinist Mate working on 1200 pound steam plants on the main engines. After graduating from the University of Missouri – Rolla with a BS Mechanical Engineering, he went to work in Manufacturing, spending the next 30 years focusing primarily on equipment reliability.

He has worked with Plastic Extrusion and Blown film processes, PVC and Rubber Extrusion processes, Foam Manufacturing, Goodyear Tire & Rubber in the Calendering Rubber, and Valspar Paint.

Most of his time has been working in Project Engineering and Maintenance Management.

Amanda Reineck is an Operations Manager with experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Production, and Maintenance across multiple industries.

She started her career in oil and gas at ExxonMobil, leading numerous multi-million dollar projects both domestically and abroad. She transitioned to the roofing industry working for GAF, where she currently oversees the Production and Maintenance teams in Ennis, Texas.

Here she has led the digital transformation of the top producing plant in the company, including deployment of predictive maintenance technologies that have led to drastic efficiency gains and downtime reduction. Amanda is known for both embracing and leading the changes that come with technology with a focus on frontline employee engagement.
